Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
  • Monitors the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a direct Customer Relations position where you will be handling a base of accounts in an Account Management Environment.
  • You will be managing the customer experience through handling customer ordering, invoicing, credit management, customer communication and overall account management.
  • This position is in an SAP Environment and processes are managed through it.
  • This position operates as part of a team-based environment and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This position works in a high paced environment with multiple systems.
  • Having high level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office Products is critical to success in the role.
  • There will be order placement and management, in an SAP system, invoice management, and customer account management.
  • The individual will need to have very strong organizational skills and have the ability to work in a high paced environment.
