Specialty Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY

  • The Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing product offerings to deliver optimal value across end users such as prescribers, patients, and providers.
  • Responsible for working cross-functionally with other teams and on-time completion of deliverables. Establishes internal and external facing product metric updates, roadmaps, and leadership presentations.
  • Builds out our Adobe Analytics digital reports, analyzes current specialty medications for inclusion in our digital self-service tools, and update content within Prescriber Website.
  • Provides support to the Business Product Owners with their product launch strategies.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing our Integration initiatives by tracking day-to-day progress, risks, and dependencies and preparing weekly leadership status updates across the customer and physician experience work streams.
  • Execute on specific strategies with inventory management, execution, and training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for managing cross-functional project teams of both internal and external groups to define scope, requirements, meet deadlines, and manage converging opinions to develop final services or products.
  • Manage complex cross-functional strategic product development initiatives for patient and prescriber clients using appropriate project management skills.
  • Develop and communicate concise internal and external presentations and executive briefings.
  • Support business development initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience) or Master's degree and 3-5 years experience
  • Adobe Analytics experience recommended to expand digital tools reporting package
  • Data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create leadership presentations
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Ability to work towards specific deliverables within an environment of tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop and model hypotheses and conclusions while identifying assumptions
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load and meet project deadlines
