Job Description

Training Coordinator

1 year contract to start

Denver, CO 80223

( parking is free at this location)

8am - 5pm

M-F

The person will be responsible for helping with training logistics, communications about the training, rescheduling of attendees, class rosters, and associated expenses.

  • The individual will assist with draft training communications, assisting with LMS tasks and manage building access list for training
  • Will assist with working with stakeholders for updates to scheduled tasks, reporting and data entry of status, drafting and creating power point presentations, and scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Order lunches for ADMS training
  • Daily Lunch Setup/Clean-up
  • Manage Building Access List Daily Class Administration
  • Produce Class Rosters
  • Class Attendance Record
  • Class Completions in the LMS Draft Training communication (invitations, notifications, etc.) - start of the documents
  • Complete LMS Misc. tasks
  • Assist with the reschedule attendees
  • Complete expense report for lunches and attendees
  • Data entry

Responsibilities may include:

Presentation-Power point Excel Spreadsheet - Queries, pivot tables, and graphs

Scheduling and coordinating

Getting updates from spoke owners (coordination of information, gather, input and process)
