  • Candidates must have experience supporting executive leaders.



  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing confidential secretarial and administrative duties involving the exercise of independent judgment for the Vice President, Directors, Managers and other office personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform other day-to-day activities including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, schedule coordination, preparation of presentations, expense accounts and personnel paperwork, typing, filing and accounts payable.

  • Handle internal and external correspondence, distribute mail, arrange and schedule meetings, organize calendars, order supplies, make travel accommodations, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience special skills):

  • Strong leadership skills are required for various project and activities Knowledge Oracle e-business suite a plus Strong proofreading skills required

  • Ability to interact effectively with executives and other office personnel Ability to work independently in a confidential manner

  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, Office 365 strongly preferred (OneNote, SharePoint, etc.)
