This position will require a highly independent worker, who requires little oversight and few reminders to complete tasks.

  • Will cover timekeeping duties and expense report reconciliation in addition to general office work such as filing, typing, creating spreadsheets, databases and misc. other.

  • Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual including data entry for craft time.

  • Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.

  • May work on special projects.

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.

  • Familiarity with MS Office required.

  • Need to be able to work independently and make decisions based on team direction.

  • Needs ability to keep information confidential.

  • Must have good communication skills.

  • Needs to be open to a construction (jobsite) environment.

  • Will be responsible for filing and document creation.

  • Must be a problem solver

  • Knowledge of the following would be very helpful: SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SumTotal, Content Manager, Documentum, and ProjectWise.

Dress is casual.
