Job Description


  • Provide general administrative duties for the site including but not limited to mail, filing, phone, travel arrangements & expenses and general record keeping.

  • Maintain materials and resources for the site including processing lab orders for SRM, renting/purchasing lab equipment and consultants, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and requesting new supplies as necessary.

  • Includes cost reporting, purchasing and invoice payment.

  • Order technical articles and maintain archive records.

  • Handle planning and preparation for meetings/conferences, both on-site and off-site; setup frequent and recurring telephone conference calls, many times involving large groups of people.

  • General Record Retention Administration - ensuring that the people on the team are properly informed of the Record Retention guidelines.

  • Answer questions on specific policy guidelines

  • Generate ad hoc reports from SAP and other databases

  • Coordinate set-up for new employees and visitors at the Ewing site. Include workstation setup, office phone, email, employee badge, safety training, etc.
