Job Description

Education: Associates Degree


Specific Responsibilities



  • Create, report, and maintain confidential files, discipline letters and reports.

  • Scan, maintain, and update personnel files.

  • Assist General Supervisors and Supervisory staff in planning, scheduling and completing upcoming meetings, service award ceremonies, center events, safety training, reports and deadlines. Record and distribute accurate minutes of all staff and employee meetings.

  • Greet office visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and assist visitors to the center as needed while maintaining security for the facility.

  • Serve as liaison with Building Services to report general maintenance needs in the Customer Service area. Assist and prepare schedules for training.

REQUIREMENTS



  • Associate Degree or equivalent in business related field preferred.

  • Three or more years clerical/administrative experience or comparable


utility operational knowledge required.



  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Confidentiality is essential. Excellent versatility, written and verbal communications, organization, human relations skills, decision making skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks required.

  • Applicant must show initiative, good judgment, attention to detail and work well in a team environment.

  • Applicant may be required to work flexible hours including evenings, Saturdays, holidays and shift work on rare occasions based on needs of service.
