Job Description

Administrative Facility Support Specialist

Pay Rate $17.00 - $20.00 /hr

10 Months Contract for now

Portland, OR 97201

8:00am - 5:00pm

M-F


Facility support staff responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing internal and project site moves
  • Setting up conference rooms
  • Managing and updating floor maps and internal phone lists
  • Maintaining fleet vehicle maintenance and repairs, ergo evaluations
  • Monitoring and restock safety supplies
  • Ordering supplies, Install Ergo equipment, adjust surfaces, make cubicle modifications
  • Clean out and monitor shower areas for monthly cleanings
  • Monitor and report and building related repairs
  • Back up to answering phones, greeting and directing clients and visitors
  • Selling Transit passes, manage office supply ordering and stocking for entire office, supply areas, mailroom, customer orders, back up to reprographics department
  • Assist access control requests, new hire set-ups, mail room back up, Office HSE tasks, general maintenance and upkeep of the office to, archiving.
  • Other duties as assigned


Facility Support Qualifications

  • Microsoft office- Outlook word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a large office setting - 700 + employees
  • Greet and screen visitors and be able to direct
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Mechanical abilities - adjust chairs, move tables, adjust work surface, take items apart and put them back together
