Job Description

Daily



  • Answer phones

  • Assist front window visitors /deliveries

  • Verify visitor / vendor safety orientation is current

  • Generate purchase orders in Access

  • Fax purchase orders after approved

  • Create yellow inventory tags for storeroom purchase orders

  • Fill kitchen supplies

  • Open mail

  • Escorting visitors/ warehouse pick-ups / Product transporters (shared between 3 people)

  • Provide product shipping documentation to drivers

  • Scan and email product shipment to Mecs logistics mailbox

  • Post product shipments in excel spreadsheet

  • Print SDS's for product shipments

  • Change backup tape on server

  • FedEx outbound shipments

  • Gate clearances / Gate Badges as needed
