Opportunity Overview

Department Summary

Brand Office Administration (BOA) Talent Acquisition hires the sales and office support function for the Financial Advisor as part of the Branch Team. We recruit talent nation-wide hiring on average 2500 FT/PT BOA's a year with a team divided by East, Central, and West geographic regions.

Responsibility Summary

The Resource Team provides coverage for both planned and unplanned absences of the geographic team in a variety of ways through interviewing, sourcing, managing requisitions and pipeline, extending offers or conducting partnership/intake calls when/where needed. Our recruiters complete an average of 5-8 phone interviews per day, typically 20-30 minutes in length while documenting their call in our ATS (BrassRing) and scheduling through an Event Manager System (CVENT). This role requires collaboration with both our geographic and resource team for candidate selection, pipeline management, or sourcing as needed.

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (flexible in start time)
