Department Summary

Branch Office Administration (BOA) Talent Acquisition hires the sales and office support function for the Financial Advisor as part of the Branch Team. We recruit talent nation-wide hiring on average 2500 FT/PT BOA's a year with a team divided by East, Central, and West geographic regions.

Responsibility Summary

Conduct high volume of 5-8 phone interviews per day documenting in our Applicant Tracking System (BrassRing) and using Event Manager System (CVENT) for interview scheduling. In addition, collaborate with other team members with pipeline management or sourcing as needed.

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (flexible in start time)

  • Adept at systems, documenting and maneuvering candidates through the process
