Job Description

Agile Scrum methodology.

-The role of the Business Analyst is to gather and clearly document business and systems (technical) requirements and specifications for development/configuration according to organization-standard templates. The BA will also be responsible for user friendly configuration of a SaaS solution.

-The Business Analyst will work closely with the project manager in updating data and providing analysis and reports for the data in the team's BI Dashboard and SharePoint site. The BA will also support the value management process.

-The Business Analyst will engage with the Project Controller to support the project schedules by providing data in developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress.

Responsibilities:

-Define business and systems requirements
-Specifics for Digital Signage: Serve as a liaison between the Digital Signage team and EUSA IT -Operations to assist and/or gather business requirements needed for all necessary system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
-Create and maintain reports and analyses within the BI Dashboard and SharePoint site as well as the value management process
-Engagement with data source owners and data SMEs
-Development of test cases and test approach Assistance with the creation of application documentation needed for transition to run
-Support of project objectives and deliverables (provide updates)
-Work with the project manager in the creation of reports and analyses required as deliverables for the phases of CPDEP

Required Skills :

-Must be able to deliver work efficiently through formal and informal channels and display broad understanding of business practices and policies
-Ability to deep dive
experience in detailed analysis and ability visualize the results at a summary level
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across departments, divisions, functions, cultures and levels in a large global company Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
-Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, -Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
-A minimum of 4 years in a business analyst role
-A minimum 1 years as a business analyst in a development team preferably following Agile methodologies
-Possess the blended ability of understanding business/operational know-how, as well as technology know-how Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Access
-Proficient in Power BI
-Experience working in a large enterprise
-Experience working on IT projects
-Change management experience
-Resource that is a "doer" versus overseeing work being performed. Like to see someone that performed setups or experience configuring
