Principle Responsibilities

Provides concise information to management and team in response to platform requirements. Works effectively with business analysts and business stakeholders. Interacts directly with client and actively participates in client implementation meetings. Actively solicits feedback from clients on completed projects; manages to and communicates customer expectations. Uses interviews to probe key issues; is insightful in seeing and addressing issues; drawing problem solving and client implications. Is sought out by others facilitates problem-solving sessions. Actively draws in associates, business stakeholders, support staff; makes a constant effort to increase team accomplishment. Mentors and coaches lower level Developers on established Software Development methodology in development of code. Executes projects according to established businesses process.

Under limited supervision, follows established Software development methodology to develop code on new software and enhancements on existing software. Executes projects according to established business process.


Qualifications



  1. Bachelor's degree.

  2. 7-10 years of experience within a technology related field including a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Software Development.

  3. Experience with a wide range of technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML5, along with database technologies such as SQL Server line of RDBMS products and Oracle. Preference is SQL Server 2014.

  4. Experience with integration tools and methodologies, specifically SQL Server Integration Server (SSIS). Experience with BizTalk a plus, but not required. Experience developing REST web services a plus as well.

  5. Experience with software engineering methodologies such as CMM/SEI, RUP or ISO.

  6. Plans, conducts, and may supervise assignments. May create or recommend changes in procedures.
