Client Solution Specialist l

Responsibility Summary



  1. Design, develop, and build data collection process, perform data analytics, and optimize data reporting efficiency and quality so action plans can be developed to support business objectives.

  2. Work with management and project team to prioritize business and information needs.

  3. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities within the data collection and reporting process.

  4. Manage emails and action items generated from branch inquiries.

  5. Create and manage outgoing communications for the area.

  6. Responsible for presentation of the data findings to key stakeholders and firm leaders.

  7. Work with the other teams (Execution, Service, Data/Reporting) on meeting and reporting requirements and knowledge about events or projects. Bring in other team members as appropriate.




Qualifications


Required



  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)



  • Outlook - Moderate proficiency

  • Excel - Advanced proficiency

  • Word - Moderate proficiency

  • PowerPoint - Advanced proficiency



  • Skilled at report and chart creation

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)



Preferred



  • Bachelor's degree



  • Experience using Tableau or Hyperion report generation tools preferred

  • Previous firm experience a plus

  • Flair for logistics and geography
