Responsibilities:



A candidate will be required to perform and/or have proficiency in the following areas:



  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors, and stakeholders for flawless execution of projects

  • Ability to work with a cross-functional, global team (may need to work outside of normal EST working hours)

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope

  • Review progress with management on regular basis and lead meetings

  • Escalate issues to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet assigned deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent written and verbal customer-facing and internal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, are a must.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including Pivot Tables.

  • Intermediate competency with PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint desirable

  • High degree of self-initiative

  • Strong interpersonal skills/strong team player

  • Experience in a Global Environment is a highly desirable.

  • Experience working with Staff Aug/Temp Labor Program is a plus, but not required.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferable, but not required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' of Project Management experience.
