Delivery Coordinator / IT Support

Administer online and digital access to Defense and Aerospace information and services to clients around the world.

Troubleshoot technical issues arising from IP authentication, length of access, and limited number of users through custom entitlement system and use of help desk ticketing system.

Maintain and process product orders and cancelations through customized SAP software.

Create and adjust digital infrastructure of corporation access to information.

Provided data analysis and structural feedback and recommendations.

Work extensively with clientele in the UK and Malaysia.

Administer and support the Global Trade Atlas product including processing orders and cancelations through customized SAP software, train sales partners around the globe, and proofread processing of orders for errors, and assist sales and order management in the correction of errors to align with service level agreements.

Provide IT support to online products.

Maintain 24 hour turnaround time.

General Job Duties:
May be responsible for one or more of the transformation steps to include:
• Providing physical and online fulfillment of customer orders which can include setting up online and desktop product entitlements and licensing
• Troubleshooting customer access and delivery issues
• Building, replicating and testing CD-ROM and DVD products for new orders and product updates
• Packing and shipping products according to customer requirements
• Managing shipping vendor systems and relationships

• Requires individual judgement or evaluation of a variety of factors
• Maintains efficiency and accuracy in a fast passed environment
• Responsible for meeting individual and team quality metrics
• Performs order entry into one or more delivery systems and basic order troubleshooting
• Answers internal or external customer questions/requests
• Trains other Global Delivery staff

Required Education:
• Secondary/high school or above

Required Experience:
• Typically two plus years industry-related experience

Other Skills:
• Proficient in use of MS Office applications
