Job Description


  • The Executive Talent Coordinator will provide administrative support in the area of executive recruitment and will work closely with recruiters in all phases of the recruiting process.

  • The Coordinator will assist with the processing of internal and external job postings and manages aspects of applicant communication.

  • He/she will assist with maintaining open requisition and other reports.

  • The Coordinator has significant responsibility for scheduling interviews with executive candidates and hosting onsite interviews.

  • When required, the Coordinator will also assist with administering all position-specific assessments.

  • He/she will also assists with managing the new-hire drug and background-screening program and applicable tracking.

  • The Executive Talent Coordinator must be passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Experience and/or interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is essential.

  • Activities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interview logistics (travel, calendar invites, technology) with Executive level candidates

  • Hosting on-site interviews with Executive level candidates

  • Managing ongoing communications with candidates regarding interview logistics

  • Interacting with and being a resource for Sr. Staff and VP Leadership during the interview process

  • Helping to coordinate onboarding of new hires




Qualifications



  • "White Gloves", highly detail oriented person required.

  • Professional presentation, interpersonal skills, comfortable with high level candidates.

  • Interview or scheduling coordination experience
