Job Description

Graphic Designer

Provide creative support to establish us as a leader in the connected world.

What will your job look like?

  • You will create visual marketing materials (presentations, videos, demos, collateral, web graphics) for relevant audiences (e.g., sales, marketing, senior management for customers, potential customers and industry analysts)

  • You will add value/interest through imagery, diagrams, animation and video

  • You will increase audience interest by using visuals while maintaining integrity of messaging

  • You will ensure all brand guidelines are properly supported

  • You will interface directly with the project requestor to ensure their ideas come to life

  • You will interface with vendors to outsource overflow projects

  • You will review all work for quality, consistency and brand compliance

  • You will support events and social media with photography, audio and video services

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product teammates to support creation of various marketing materials in the form of presentations, infographics and videos

  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

  • Manage design needs such as presentations, videos, and trade show collateral as needed

  • Create assets that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.

  • Understand abstract ideas and find creative, concrete solutions

  • Analytical and investigative thinker with expert communications skills

All you need is...

  • Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science, concentration on graphic design, visual communications or digital media

  • 2-4 years of in-office creative experience using industry-standard design applications

  • All jobs (2+ years) Windows 7 or higher

  • All jobs (2+ years) Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, emphasis on PowerPoint, Outlook, Word & Excel

  • All jobs (2+ years) Adobe Creative Suite (6 or higher), emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat

  • Multimedia Producer (2+ years) Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, and 3DS Max

  • Multimedia Producer (2+ years) Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML5, Flash

  • All jobs 2-3 years of professional experience

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with UX/UI design

  • A design degree from an accredited four-year college or university program is preferred.
