Responsibility Summary
The Benefits Department is seeking a new candidate to manage associate-related questions specific to their health and welfare benefits. If you are service oriented, enjoy problem solving with attention to detail, and have HR, benefits or service experience in a related field, you may be the ideal candidate.

The position is responsible for ongoing service to associates, relating to welfare benefits. This includes answering questions about health from associates and family members, specifically health and welfare benefits, solving eligibility and claim problems, performing PeopleSoft enrollment, and responding to emails and telephone questions and escalations.

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, DOS Command Screens, and Internal Software
• Comfortable learning new information within a short period of time
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable sitting in cubes, similar to a call center environment but in a corporate setting
• Professional dress and presentation (suit)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback

Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year in Human Resources or service-providing role
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field
• Experience using PeopleSoft is a plus
• HR Benefits experience
