Opportunity Overview

Department Summary

HR Help answers all general questions for our associates related to HR matters, such as but not limited to: Benefits, Leaves, Policies, Performance Management, Compensation, 401K/Profit Sharing.

Responsibility Summary

Contractor will consult with a knowledge base working group to provide expertise on creating and improving the HR internal knowledge base and associate facing websites. The goal is to ensure all content is included and is formatted in a way that is easy to use.

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours 8:00AM-5:00PM CST (somewhat flexible)

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in knowledge base design and management; ability to configure knowledge base workflow
  • Expertise in website search features and organizing content that is easily found and searchable
  • Knowledge of information architecture and information design concepts, practices, and techniques for application support information and web content development
  • Knowledge of documentation development processes
  • Ability to identify knowledge content needs
  • Ability to analyze, organize, design, write, and edit content
  • Able to demonstrate effective listening and interviewing skills to gain information from business owners, project teams, and users
  • Ability to effectively organize information
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in knowledgebase structure creation in a call center environment
  • Experience partnering with business customer groups to drive consensus on approach for effective knowledgebase content
