Job Description

Company is a hosting company located in Creve Coeur, MO with data centers in downtown STL. They are a gold AWS and Azure partner and play very heavily in the cloud space as well as security and infrastructure. Privately held company that continues to grow every year. Casual business environment and extremely fast paced. They look for very sharp people that are highly technical. They bring food in, give out baseball/ hockey/movie/concert tickets. Have all kinds of contests. Nerf gun wars in some groups, etc. The companies mission statement is NO JERKS ALLOWED and they live by that. They hire very nice people that don't just do a job but love what they do. There is a lot of flexibility once you prove yourself.

  • Reach out to awesome folks that work in IT to schedule meetings for our sales team.

  • Build and manage your pipeline from cold calling to meetings set and demo scheduling - guide prospects through the process and work with the sales rep to close the deal.

  • Qualify prospects based on interest and how well they fit into our ideal customer profile.

  • You'll be working in Salesforce.com and Outreach.io. You will have aggressive goals and our help achieving them.

  • Develop top performer sales skills with our training and mentorship programs.

What it takes to be successful:

  • 1-3+ years sales experience in a high volume outbound sales role. Must work in the office located in Creve Coeur, MO

  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • The ability to "talk tech" around managed hosting services. Prefer someone that maybe has been a Rockstar recruiter or inside sales that has some technology knowledge

  • Cold calling and prospecting experience.

  • A desire to develop and grow with an in-depth onboarding program and cutting-edge sales training.

  • Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred.)
