Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to review and document logical account management practices at appliance, application, OS, and/or database layers of systems in scope of regulatory certifications.



Minimum Requirements -



  • 3 years' experience

  • Self-driven (type A), self-managed, analytical, flexible

  • Critical thought leadership


Preferred -



  • System Analyst/Audit experience

  • Type-A personality

  • Small team leadership experience

  • CISSP, CPA, or related certificate




Essential functions as required:



  • Assess authentication and authorization schemas with multiple SMEs

  • Educate system SMEs on the role their silo plays in the larger regulatory eco-system

  • Assist systems SMEs in the identification of regulatory scope in their environment. This includes but is not limited to identifying environments, servers, user population, system functions and permissions


o Document positive and negative attestation of system scope


o Document in scope accounts and their effective permissions



  • Analyze the business need of current accounts and effective permission sets

  • Relaying technical data to business focused individuals (removing jargon)


Additional deliverables include, but are not limited to:



  • Completion of 'entitlement sheets' the primary data-source for documenting regulatory scope per system

  • Provide supporting detail required for the RSA G&L development team to integrate in-scope systems

  • Validate the successful integration of regulatory systems in G&L

  • Reverse engineering SME knowledge gaps and providing educational services to SMEs
