Job Description




    • Local technical and manufacturing facility seeks applicants for a full time IT Support position.

    • Technicians will work independently or with a team of other IT professionals to support a broad range of computer hardware and software.

    • Applicant should possess knowledge of computer hardware configuration and installation, printer troubleshooting, installation and setup, general network terminology and setup (software configuration, wiring, etc.).

    • Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 & 10), Web browser (IE & Chrome), and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Must be able to move computer equipment (up to 50lbs) and related equipment as needed.

    • Applicant should be a highly motivated individual with good customer relation qualities.

    • Minimum high school graduate with 3-5 years of supplemental technical training, military, or related experience.

    • Candidate must be willing to be available for on-call support and local travel.

    • Ideal candidate must be technically well-rounded, possessing excellent customer service skills to assist all internal customers at the plant location (approx. 75 employees).
