Job Description



Responsible for developing strategies and plans focused on sourcing candidates in effort to fill open roles utilizing various sourcing channels and tools. Responsible for enhancing the organization's ability to identify, assess and build a network of candidates specific to open positions within the organization.



  • Implement recruiting strategies in effort to source for qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the organization.

  • Partner with functional areas to understand talent needs and perform strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc. that are in line with the organizations branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourcing of passive candidates.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened to continue recruitment process.

  • Screen candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach screening criteria defined by the functional area.

  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.

  • Proactively build a pipeline of pre-qualified candidate pools in line with the supporting functional area's workforce plans.

  • Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to provide information on current and future opportunities and obtain up to date market information aligned with functional area.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, and customer relationship management.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of direct sourcing and/or full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  • Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing and on-boarding.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications. Healthcare experience preferred.



Top Skill Sets:



  • 5+ years of direct sourcing and/or full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing, and onboarding.

  • Proficient in MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook) internet, and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications.
