Job Duties

    • Coordinate technical work assignments with the Bank's Project Manager, ensuring that team members provided by Supplier possess the appropriate skill level to complete tasks according to Bank's specifications.
    • Mentor and transfer, in a timely manner, technical and business knowledge to Bank personnel.
    • Provide technical support for system production issues.
    • Coordinate defect code tracking / fixing.
    • Translate application storyboards, use cases and web-page concept designs into functional, dynamic web applications.
    • Provide detailed explanation of work needed to complete tasks and time for completion.
    • Develop and unit test complex application web components.
    • Develop complex application business logic using Java.
    • Design, code, and integrate application business layer with external application components.
    • Create or update system documentation.


    • Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an object oriented environment in a comparable technical environment.
    • Use and apply technical/business knowledge on both the job and future planning of job deliverables.
    • Expert on Java EE 7, Java 8 technologies is a must.
    • Experience with open source Microservice tech stack like Spring Boot is a must.
    • Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Distributed Cache, Spring framework, experience with Hibernate/JPA/JDBC/JMS etc. is a must.
    • Must be familiar with implementing standard best practices (e.g. secure programming, test first development, etc.).
    • Experience with Eclipse, RSA, Oracle, WebLogic is a must.
    • Experience with Angular 2+ Framework is a must (Angular 5 is a plus).
    • Experience with TypeScript is a must.
    • Experience with writing unit test for TypeScipt using Jasmine and Karma is a plus.
    • Experience with Selenium would be a plus.
    • Provide expert technical mentoring on the tools used in a specific project and how to get the most out of the tools.
    • Provide fully documented work, instruction, and training to peers as required.
    • Position requires US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency.
