Manufacturing Planner

1 year contract to start ( can convert earlier )

Fort Worth TX 76177

8am - 5pm



  • Oversee the administration of workflow management utilizing Maximo (CMMS), optimize asset care in a manufacturing environment.

  • This role performs a combination of Maximo administration/optimization, proactive workforce planning, and work force scheduling for a combination of site based and contracted technical resources.

  • The Maximo system serves as platform for managing MRO parts, and material inventories, overall maintenance plan for assets requiring lifecycle management and performance reliability.

  • Organize work utilizing Maximo (CMMS) maintaining management systems and job plans to optimize maintenance resources.

  • These responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities and details with other departments, preparing detailed specifications and work packages.

  • These work packages will include materials, labor, special tools/equipment and written procedures to insure a safe working environment.

  • It is the planner's responsibility to insure the work package is complete and all materials, labor and equipment is available prior to scheduling work.

  • Most importantly, this position is responsible for ensuring plans, schedules and resources needed are well communicated, documented and meet the customer requirements.

B.S. degree in technical field or liberal arts or equivalent experience


M.S. degree preferred

1 to 4 year's experience preferred
