This role will be responsible for providing marketing and communication support to the workers' compensation division . Key elements of the role include a strong focus on all

aspects of marketing and communications including digital marketing, social media, conference/event management and sales support. The position reports to Vice President of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an organized inventory of signage, collateral, and promotion marketing materials;
  • Purchase and assist in the design of custom reprints, promotional products, signage, event guides, and other giveaways;
  • Support updates to company website as business evolves by managing updates to content
  • Manage divisional social media platforms; experience with HootSuite a plus
  • Provide input into the design, development and production of marketing collateral
  • Work with outside marketing agencies and digital support partners as needed on special projects
  • Track company participation with industry conferences and associations and memberships
  • Maintain sales collateral repository and distribution of materials;
  • Assist with conference preparation and event coordination;
  • Understands and able to maintain system of organization
  • Manage various sales support and account management activities to support current and new business
  • Handle shipping and receiving for events team;
  • Order and restock supplies for department;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • degree in marketing, business administration or communications; -
  • business experience preferably in a marketing environment;
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel/Computer proficient; -
