Job Description

The Center is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will work collaboratively with our team to identify, advise, design and deliver effective marketing strategies to meet key business needs.


Responsibilities



  • Marketing consultant and adviser for all Recovery portfolios

  • Marketing Execution - Lead responsibility for executing a consistent, focused, and targeted marketing strategy based on data and market insight

  • Lead Generation - Develop and implement lead generation strategies and work closely with intake team to increase conversion rates

  • Marketing Analysis - Analyze and interpret information regarding market opportunities to plan and execute initiatives. Analyze business data to track and detect underlying trends that ether present opportunities and/or identify competitive threats

  • Project Execution - Develop and lead initiatives necessary to execute custom marketing strategies

  • Event Coordination - Coordinate marketing efforts and outreach events including logistics, promotion, and distribution of appropriate printed materials and outreach follow-up efforts.

  • Content Development - Develop / maintain marketing materials and visual presentation aids, such as PowerPoint presentations. Manage promotional material quotes and production.

  • Assist with special marketing projects and daily ad hoc requests

  • Develop the necessary action plan with associated budgets, owners, timeline, and technology solutions

  • Report monthly or as needed to executive leadership team. Collaborate and communicate with management and staff in decision-making and analysis in execution of marketing strategies.

  • As needed and appropriate, consult with Bank partners on their marketing needs.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing

  • 2 years' experience working in a marketing role.

  • Experience in the execution of successful marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices

  • Experience leading complex projects to completion.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying client needs, developing solutions, and logically organizing complex information.

  • An outward mindset to understand and factor in clients' needs in the development and communication of recommended solutions.

  • Excellent business writing, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in an online business environment, including the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Dynamics, email, and audio/video conferencing.
