Department Summary

  • Provide day to day operational support for the Advisory and Guided Solutions programs.

    • With Advisory Solutions, clients choose a professionally managed portfolio of investments based on their needs and risk tolerance.

Responsibility Summary

  • Responsible for effectively processing routine and non-routine activities/transactions by drawing on multiple information sources and understanding multiple effects of a transaction. Activities may not follow a pre-determined path, rather will require discretion and use of judgment.

  • Functions may include, but are not limited to: reviewing and processing account transfers between Advisory programs, working on exception based items, performing calculations, utilizing Excel spreadsheets, effectively communicating with Financial Advisors, internal associates and vendors as-needed.

7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Required Skills

  • Strong Mathematics skills and attention to detail

    • Accuracy is critical

  • Strong team player

    • Communication and collaboration is critical

  • Ability to work in several different systems simultaneously;

    • Must be able to multi-task effectively

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

    • Strong Excel skills (they will be working with large sets of data); prefer a candidate that can create formulas, write macros.

  • Strong problem solving skills

    • Ability to identify solutions and improve processes is key

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of the brokerage/financial industry and in-depth knowledge of area systems, processes and procedures.
