Job Description


The Enterprise Applications Services team is seeking an Oracle developer with SOME experience with Oracle EBS exposure/experience.

Principle Responsibilities:
• Act in liaison capacity with other departments and project teams to ensure process consistency across the organization.
• Provides functional and concise information to management and team in the design, development, and implementation of business applications.
• May lead development teams on various size projects to improve applications and outline solutions.
• Facilitates problem-solving sessions with associates, clients, support staff in order to generate process improvements, best practices, critical product solutions and roadmaps.
• Uses interviews to probe key issues; is insightful in seeing and addressing issues; drawing problem solving and client implications.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for the BU technology and products.
• Prepares program solutions and presents solutions to upper management and promotes adoption of best practices.

Technical Skills Needed:
• Strong technical and functional Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS)
• Oracle Finance Functional and Technical experience in 11i and R12 implementations
• Strong functional knowledge in Financial Functional modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, iProc, Inventory, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.; (full cycle legacy migration/ implementation/upgrade experiences)
• Strong PL/SQL, Forms & Report, integrations
• Expertise in mapping the business requirements into technical requirements
• Expertise in the functional setups
• Technical Writing Skills and experience with Oracle EBS documentation templates: AIM BP (Business requirements gathering, including current process and future process), BR (GAP and FIT analysis, Application Setup document), CV (Conversion Strategy/Design, Data Mapping, Conversion Test and Validation Plan) MD (Functional Customization Design), PM (Transition Strategy), RD (Process Questionnaire), TA (Architecture Requirements, Application Access), TE (Test Scripts)
• Analysis Skills: GAP and FIT analysis, conversion analysis, reporting analysis

Nice To Have Skills:
• XML Gateway
• Oracle Application Express (Oracle APEX)
• Building process flow documents for Business requirement discussions

General Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience within a technology related field.
• 2+ years within Oracle EBS
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Plans, conducts, and may supervise assignments.
• May create or recommend changes in procedures.
• Works with wide latitude for non-reviewed action or decision.
• Work on projects is difficult regarding complexity.
• Possesses an advanced level of knowledge and applies it to complex problems.
