  • The Workspace Services department is looking for an Organizational Change Management resource for our Windows 10 Deployment and Office365 adoption.
  • Responsibilities: Organizational Change Management activities as it relates to Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • This may include meeting with departments ahead of time to communicate coming changes and answering project related questions.
  • Develop and send communication materials through multiple streams (email, digital signage, Yammer, Teams newsletters, and printed material).
  • Work closely with the Windows 10 project team on schedule and ensure end users are prepared for Windows 10.
  • Provide end user feedback to the team to assist with continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings and daily huddles. Provide light training (white glove support) as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (will consider candidates with extensive experience).
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Demonstrated experience developing communication materials and marketing new technology throughout organization.
