Job Description

P6 Primavera Scheduler

  • Prepare and develop project schedules
  • Generate reports
  • Update project schedules on a weekly or as needed basis
  • Lead schedule review sessions
  • Review and verify all project related scheduling information with Project Teams
  • Provide support to project teams
  • Prepare a Schedule Summary Reports
  • Ensure all projects include a BASELINE
  • Provide scheduling assistance and education to project team members
  • Review, monitor and advise on the accuracy of assigned schedules
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all department, employees, clients, architects, subcontractors and vendors
  • Participate in lessons learned process.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Proficiency on scheduling programs Primavera P6
  • Experience with monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules
  • Skills in reviewing schedules including identifying, analyzing, and solving schedule related issues
  • Highly analytical
  • Associate Degree
  • 4 years of Primavera P6 Scheduling experience. Ideally St. Louis-based.

  • Oracle
