Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years' experience in Workday system
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HRIS analyst
  • Direct Workday experience in Payroll and Reporting Writing
  • Preferred Workday experience in Benefits, Compensation and Time Tracking/Absence
  • Advanced Excel experience working with large data sets utilizing advanced formulas and functionality
  • Microsoft Project experience to assist in updates to all work deliverables
  • Proficient with data analysis and accuracy
  • Work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with cross-functional team members to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
  • Use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity
  • Excellent communication skills, including a comfort to present to different levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive data
