Job Description

We are implementing a new source to pay tool. We are looking for a dynamic, results-focused individual to fill a role within Corporate Procurement. This position will primarily focus on Source to Pay platform support, end user experience, process improvement and change management. User interface configuration, data and process background are essential for this role to ensure successful maturation of a Source to Pay platform. The role will directly modify tools and systems at the request of end users and the Director. Procurement Source to Pay (S2P) generally refers to all of the components related to purchasing, including: Sourcing, Contracting, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoice and Receiving. Indirect procurement experience preferred. This role will be similar to a Super User.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in new and changing environments

  • Should have very good understanding of Procurement Source to Pay (S2P) processes

  • Should be able to work with business users and understand S2P related business requirements

  • Should be detailed oriented with an ability to develop technology solutions based on business processes

  • Should be able to work with the S2P supplier team to validate the technical requirements, perform process mapping and align on final implementation requirements

  • Should have a passion for technology and associated implementation and management

  • Should be able to comprehend S2P platform capabilities and functionalities based on discussions and manuals without access to detailed product documentations from supplier

  • Should have project management abilities to manage defects/enhancements and other requirements and perform PMO activities to ensure requirement to deployment life cycle

  • Should have reasonable understanding of testing processes and good ability to debug the causes of defects based on testing (done by self or others)

  • Should have a view point on Potential technological enhancements that could assist the organizations to take a dramatic leap in term of efficiency and effectiveness improvement through the technology

  • Should be able to perform platform level administrative duties of approving or making configuration changes, maintaining reports and potential performing other system level changes after due understanding of subsequent impacts of any change

  • Analytical and project management skills


  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred

  • Familiarity & Proficiency with Procurement Process & Functions, 2 - 5+ Years Procurement Related Experience, like a buyer or sourcing manager

  • Familiarity & Proficiency with Data Structures (e.g. SQL or Excel or Access)

  • 2 - 5+ Years End User Interface Design Experience, such as SharePoint, Websites, Archer, GEP, Access, etc as a user, not as a programmer

  • Experience Working Cross-Functionally to configure User-Friendly Screens in the new procurement tool

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Prefer experience with Oracle, GEP or other procure to pay systems

  • Prior source to pay platform experience with GEP, Zycus, Oracle, Ariba, SAP, Coupa or other platforms would be a plus
