Job Description

Seeking a strong BA to support new customers within the SalesNext platform. The programs are supported with a new, flexible technology foundation, using modern development tools and techniques.
These techniques employ user centered design; agile development methodologies and corresponding tools; modern, mobile-responsive, front-end development tools; industry leading integration and rules engines, and re-usable API services, on an evolving uniform data model that supports the motivation business.

Profile of candidates and roles:
Initial roles will work directly with Client Account Managers, Solution Designers, Program Managers, Product Managers, and often times directly with client stakeholders.
The roles will require a seasoned professional approach for managing stakeholders, scope, and the overall delivery process.
The ideal candidates have had experience supporting sales and marketing organizations for large manufacturers or financial service industries.

•Identifying Scope for specific client / projects by creating Business Requirements Documents
. •Support Selling, Contracting & Delivery stages of client / projects.
•Eliciting requirements for client / projects.
•Documenting requirements for client projects.
•Interacting with clients and client teams in order to collect, define, provide feedback, and finalize client requirements and scope.
•Transition business requirements into user stories, and define user stories to the point at which developers can pick them up and build/code applications. •Work with clients throughout the solution delivery process, including UAT and getting final signoff from clients.
•Thoroughly understands delivery metrics and forecasting; given appropriate data, can create (and draw conclusions from) a forecast and communicate that information to stakeholders with progress updates and metrics. •Ensuring the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the scrum team will work on next.
•Insure backlogs prioritized according to importance and clearly communicate the requirements to the team and work with individual team members as needed to explain requirements.
•Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the Product Backlog items defined to the level needed.
•Provide direction on the development, testing, and refinement of prototypes in an agile environment.

Required Software / Technical Skills
: •Prolific with Office Productivity / Collaboration Tools or like toolsets e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Lync/Skype, One Drive, Sharepoint, Google docs, etc.
•Prolific with Jira / Atlassian product family, or like, products for managing user features and stories, scope management, project management
•Business Analysis tools and techniques: experience with various documentation tools for visually representing requirements: Visio, Axure, and like visualization tools.
•Data analysis: Excel expertise, VBA, SQL and like data analysis tools.
•Well versed in delivering multi-tier architecture, SaaS based development frameworks; see below development environment Preferred Software /

Technical Skills
•The ability to communicate with technical experts that will be building in the following environments: Java; Polymer, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery programming languages.
•Object-oriented UML artifacts sequence, class and component diagrams and user stories

•10+ years of increasing responsibilities supporting technology related projects
•BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent experience.
•3-5 years of demonstrable experience participating in complex technology projects and programs.
•2+ years facilitated the role as the Product Owner supporting Agile Software Development
