Assists facilities procurement department with day to day operations including but not limited to:




  • Coordinate with buyers to prepare bidder lists and prepare requests for quotation.




  • Process purchase and change orders in accordance with program requirements.




  • Invoice entry and resolution.




  • Evaluate facts surrounding purchase order-related problem areas, determine the most appropriate remedial actions, and implement such actions through available means.




  • Development of potential and qualified suppliers, including performance history.




  • Maintain purchase order and purchasing process documentation.




  • Communicate with suppliers as needed.




  • Provide customer service to supplier related to invoice inquiries.
