Department Summary



  • The Marketing Client Experience Channel department is responsible for understanding client and branch needs in order to develop unparalleled digital client experiences.



Responsibility Summary



  • Our client is looking for project leaders/coordinators to support numerous projects that create new functionality for clients through client website and other electronic communications.

  • The Project leaders/coordinators will support enhancements and parts of projects to improve the digital communications tools used by corporate and branch teams to delivery an ideal digital client experience. This includes web site and mobile projects and tools used for email, contact management, and e-delivery of documents and letters.

  • The Project leaders/coordinators will help project teams focus on delivering an unparalleled client experience through digital technologies.



  • Specific tasks include: documenting requirements and use cases for new functionality, outlining user scenarios and test plans, and executing user acceptance testing

  • Has the candidate worked on technical projects representing the client point-of-view?

  • Has the candidate ever worked with IS teams and project owners to define a project and write requirements?

  • Has the candidate ever done user acceptance testing and testing from client point-of-view for a web project?



Preferred Work Schedule/Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (some evenings required during system implementation)


Position Requirements


Required



  • Strong verbal skills and strong written communication skills

  • Must be comfortable leading discussions between business areas and Information Systems experts to determine what meets the needs of the Client end-user most effectively

  • Ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner appropriate to the audience

  • Must be able to document requirements and write and execute test plans

  • Problem Solving



  • Some projects require a problem-solving process to determine the most effective way to achieve goals. Receives some direction from senior associates. In addition, any digital experience has to meet compliance, legal and regulatory standards

  • Responsible for determining the direction to achieve ideal digital experience and business objectives, as well as proactive communication to stakeholders

  • This role will typically gather information and then work with Marketing teammates to make decisions. Requires relationship-building with other divisions, especially creative and technical teams. Requires contributing to complex projects and working with I.S. teams and marketing associates to carry out tasks to meet ever-changing deadlines. Must often manage competing business priorities.

  • Strong understanding of client-centered design principles, web design and development process, project management skills and usability

  • Experience working directly with information technology counterparts

  • Experience working with digital agency partners including digital design and email vendors
