Responsible for the coordination and completion of multiple projects (small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span), including multiple workstreams of larger, more complex projects.

Create, implement and update schedules and structured project plans based on team goals and initiatives. Monitor and communicate activities necessary to ensure compliance to deliverables, metrics and deadlines. Interface with enterprise project PMOs, adhere and integrate with standard tools and processes.

Consult and work to identify, understand and document dependencies and risks across the team members and the projects they are supporting. Facilitate communication and coordination among projects within the team. Plan and manage team status meetings and any necessary information gathering, initiative reporting and/or report outs to a diverse set of stakeholders.

Need someone to work with the team and their external stakeholders to identify business needs/requirements by project, develop recommendations, and collaboratively/rapidly design flexible, integrated solutions utilizing SharePoint 2016, internal templates/best practices, and other on-hand toolsets.

Key programs responsible for include assisting with workplan and roadmap design for multiple transformational projects, establish governance and continuous improvement process for team operations and existing content library provided to internal customers, incorporate process changes to existing best practices, define and document standard procedures for key transformational project processes, and develop communication strategy/plans.



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and SharePoint required.



Top skill sets:



  • Project management, internal consulting, communication/change management, process design, spreadsheet/modeling skills

  • Degree not required but preferred

  • Key programs responsible for include assisting with work-plan and road-map design for multiple transformation projects
