3 month contract to possible hire

New York, NY 10007


This position will manage the front desk operations in our busy NYC office

Duties include:

  • Serves as receptionist/telephone operator

  • Prepare and process mail

  • Maintain and purchase office supplies

  • Respond to calls for facilities problems and contact property management or local Facility Lead as needed

  • Access badge management and front desk security

  • Update of office phone list and similar materials

  • Upkeep of reception and small kitchen area, other facility support tasks as needed

  • Will operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception areas

  • Intermediate / sold working knowledge of Windows environment required.

5 years experience preferred

Applicants should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Have exceptional organization and communications skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks

Proven exceptional Customer Service skills needed

High School degree or GED is required

Bachelors degree is an asset
