Opportunity Overview



  • Partner effectively with leaders and the external supplier community to effectively acquire and onboard contingent workers

  • Identifying and completing contractor resource transitions including renewal of assignment, repurposing to new assignment, or termination of assignment

  • Builds and maintains contractor supplier relationships, and serves as conduit between suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Support Contingent Workforce Advisors with requisition processing steps

  • Actively recruit student talent into internship roles at campus events

  • Interview and process application for students applying to internship roles

  • Schedule Interviews for contractor and associate applicants


Position Requirements


Required:



  • 1-3 Years of experience in an HR recruiting capacity

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Strong Organizational skills

  • Ability to source and screen candidates

  • Ability to assess talent

  • Ability to represent various positions in a career fair environment

  • Collaborative, adaptable, flexible team orientation is required; must be flexible to take on new or different tasks depending on varying workload.

  • Ability to set priorities while managing multiple projects or tasks at once


Preferred:



  • Experience with a candidate management system

  • Recruitment experience in a 3rd party vendor or corporate staffing setting is beneficial

  • Experience with On-Campus recruiting is beneficial
