Opportunity Overview

Department Summary:

The Partnership Accounting Department is responsible for ongoing support of all General Partners (GP), Subordinated Limited Partners (SLP), and Limited Partners (LP). This includes administration of partnership profit distributions, bank loan payments, periodic partner statements, and responding to partner inquiries. The department is also responsible for recording changes in GP, SLP, and LP ownership.

Responsibility Summary:

  • Contractor will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from associates regarding the Limited Partnership (LP) and Service Partner (SP) enrollment processes. Questions will range from the enrollment system and general questions about the LP investment.
  • Service Specialists will provide answers to inquiries, including calls, emails, and service requests concerning the navigation of internal systems for explanation of plans data entry.

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM CST (Training hours will be the same)

Position Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Internet Explorer and Internal Software
  • Comfortable learning new information within a short period of time
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Call center experience; very comfortable being on the phone (a headset) taking call after call on a cue system
  • Comfortable sitting in cubes, similar to a call center environment but in a corporate setting
  • Professional dress and presentation (suit)
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field
  • Call center experience
