Job Description


  • Assist in the management of LinkedIn, Avature, and other sourcing accounts to ensure full utilization of resource(s)

  • Administer the job posting and internet search process

  • Establish and maintain automated candidate generation tools on various sites for appropriate positions

  • Collaborate with recruiters and strategic workforce specialist to:

    • Source candidates

    • Review applications, resumes, transcripts, etc.

    • Conduct phone interviews

    • Coordinate with candidates to schedule phone interviews, testing, evaluations, or interviews

    • Continue to build candidate pool in CRM (Avature)

  • Collaborate with recruitment and on other projects as assigned



  • Bachelor Degree Required (Human Resource related field preferred)


  • 2 or more years sourcing experience required - including job postings, active sourcing candidates, phone interviewing, and developing candidate pools.

  • Previous experience with PeopleSoft and Avature preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact well with all levels of the organization & community required.

  • Proficient in Excel, Work, and Outlook.

  • Ability to source union and management candidates

  • Ability to source for multiple positions at various levels
