  • Provide support with implementing and driving Ameren's workforce development strategy inclusive of: middle schools, high schools, trade schools, community colleges, universities, community-based organizations, military, and national outreach.
  • Partner with workforce development specialists to facilitate the intern/co-op program, summer gas program, skilled craft education program, etc. (includes phone interviewing, sourcing, screening, escorting candidates to interviews, scheduling, offer packages, etc.)
  • Research specific program to create pipeline development opportunities.
  • Attend various campus and community career events.
  • Provide support with tracking metrics and program/outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience special skills):

  • 3+ years relevant work experience/ bachelor's degree.
  • Strong professional communication skills (oral & written).
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to represent Ameren and effectively build relationships
