Job Description

Typical work day:

    • Ticket based team.

    • All work we do is based on tickets since it requires forms and very precise set up details.

    • Check emails in morning for urgent communications and then start working tickets.

    • Everyone has ability to go into system to work on tickets.

    • See what work is assigned to you, triage to determine urgency and work through it.

    • Can be interacting with other team members, log details, business people can contact them directly and can interact with them as well.

    • Not a phone support a group but communicate through tickets and emails.

    • Depending on time, days can be hectic and fast paced, coming up on a freeze, customers are hustling to get work in and MC is working to get it done.

    • Pretty busy in the day, don't' require OT, but it can be occasional evening and weekend work, but not typical. Senior Engineer

    • Don't need developers but experience in the field, they can train.

    • Configuring digital wallets using tools that Mastercard provides and running some database scripts.
