Opportunity Overview

Department Summary

The HR Recruiting Department is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and placement of home office opportunities.

Responsibility Summary

  • Search for and compile data on various companies and candidate profiles
  • Source and pipeline diverse, qualified candidate pools for current or future openings through various means, including daily searches in applicant tracking system/internal resume database, external on-line resume databases, internet postings, LinkedIn and associate referrals.
  • Conduct phone screens/interviews of professional candidates with varying levels of responsibility
  • Full cycle requisition management
  • Work in close partnership with Home Office Recruiting team members, and potentially hiring leaders
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters by scheduling face to face or video conference interview requests for various position levels and hiring teams in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Conduct several CBI Phone Interviews a week

Position Requirements

Required

  • Minimum of 4 or more years of recruiting and sourcing experience supporting a variety of positions within a fast-paced/high volume corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency environment
  • Ability to gather information by telephone, include cold calling for information and identifying potential prospects for search assignments
  • Candidate interviewing experience utilizing behavioral based interview techniques
  • Extensive use of an applicant tracking system (ATS), contact management system (CMS), LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition related systems, tools, technologies and external search tactics
  • Extensive experience with the development of creative sourcing strategies, generating contacts/leads, proactive networking with outside organizations and effective usage of social media to attract external talent
  • Must be an achievement oriented recruiter who can work in partnership and independently, maintains a high sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up/follow through, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
