Job Description

  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support in accordance to OFCCP guidelines for exempt, non-exempt, union, professional/managerial positions.

  • Actively lead hiring managers through all phases of the recruiting process.

  • Actively sourcing qualified candidates while ensure a diverse candidate pool.

  • Qualifying and pre-screening candidates from resume review through phone interviewing.

  • Assisting hiring teams with the interview process.

  • Negotiating salaries with candidates. Presenting offers and preliminary onboarding to candidates.

  • Wrapping up requisitions with hiring teams and not selected candidates.

  • Utilize behavioral interviewing methodology to accurately screen and assess candidates.

  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR Services & Employee Relations.

  • Participate in process improvement and other departmental projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in HR or other related field. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

  • Needs to be able to work with a team of recruiters/HR Associates while exercising independent judgment.

  • Works a standard day shift in a fast pace office environment. Standard day shift and may need to work additional hours as needed and approved.

  • May occasionally need to travel to an offsite location.

  • 3+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting.

  • Previous corporate recruiting experience preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (preferably PeopleSoft and/or Avature), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

  • Strong ability to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Must possess uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
