TA Support Specialist, HR

Opportunity Overview

As part of the Home Office Recruiting organization, the Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting contingent workforce hiring processes and events. The specialist will work closely with staff recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and vendor partners to complete tasks, ensure effective customer service, and drive a great candidate experience. This role will also support area reporting needs measuring program recruiting and process results.

Preferred Work Schedule/Hours 20-30 hours per week / 9am-2pm with some flexibility

Position Requirements

  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new systems like Applicant Tracking System and other internal applications
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate with varying levels of the business
  • Experience with administrative support and/or coordination preferred, but not required
