Responsibilities:



  • Support global Talent Acquisition social media, marketing, branding, and communications efforts

  • Track and interpret metrics related to engagement and effectiveness of employer branding content on social media and other platforms to drive social media optimization (SMO) and return on investment

  • Stay informed about news, trends and topics to help reach niche talent

  • Ensure all content is aligned to Jacobs brand guidelines and maintain a relationship of trust with our key stakeholders

  • Manage social media content calendar; procure content, schedule posts, and measure ROI

  • Explore and drive opportunities to engage current employees in being "ambassadors" for Jacobs employer brand (e.g. employee referrals, social media engagement, internal communication platform engagement, etc.)

  • Influence consistent messaging and branding across the Jacobs internal communications platform

  • Assist recruiters globally with developing recruitment marketing materials in a timely manner



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with deep understanding of social platforms: Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

  • Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools: Hootsuite preferred

  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn)

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)



Preferred:



  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency, copywriting skills

  • Copywriting experience and ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands

  • A strong understanding of layout, color, and branding

  • Graphic design experience a plus
