Job Description

As a Contract Recruiter within the Contingent Workforce Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting various business units, mainly assisting with our IT groups, and fully understanding a hiring team's needs, performing resume screening and phone interviewing, and presenting contractor applicants to the hiring team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work closely with hiring teams to understand contingent hiring needs and manage contingent hiring process for various groups within our client

  • Utilizes the vendor management solution (Fieldglass) to review resumes, schedule phone screens, and track engagement process

  • Manages relationships with preferred suppliers who provide talent for business units

  • Negotiates rates and work order details

  • Provides exceptional customer service to hiring teams throughout the contractor engaging process

  • Communicates with hiring teams frequently


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Combination of education/experience in human resources environment preferred. Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred.

  • 1+ year of experience in technical full life cycle recruiting required, agency preferred

  • 1+ year experience working with external contingent labor clients

  • Must have a track record of successfully filling a variety of positions ranging from administrative, finance, marketing & sales, and information technology.

  • Experience using a vendor management solution is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required

  • Strong attention to detail required.

  • Strong customer service skills required

  • Effective interpersonal skills required

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment required.
