Training Program Manager - This program manager is required to manage the prep/scoping/scheduling/registration of activities related to AGIS training

- Looking for a Program Manager with the additional skillset for Change Management Training Program Manager

Essential Responsibilities

  • Schedule facilities for training including in-person training.

  • Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to create training classes and schedule, manage training assignments, create and provide training reports, and enter training attendance sheets.

  • Provide support to users who have questions about training requirements and assignments.

  • Assist in testing and review of training and communication materials as necessary

  • Coordination of Training Environments will sit with the individual program Training Leads

  • Develop and organize training materials on SharePoint site

  • Provide analysis of training assessments and look for opportunities for real time adjustment of training courses

  • Evaluate training program performance, including analysis of testing and client feedback and prepares reports from evaluation of training programs.

  • Develop dashboard to visualize the training and registration data.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience

  • Demonstrated experience with the administrator functions of a learning management system (LMS), Plateau/SuccessFactors preferred

  • Proven oral and written communication skills

  • Strong customer service and technical problem solving skills

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and an attention to detail
